Who this is for
A lot of people already record more than they post. A coach runs a weekly live session. A real estate team hosts a monthly market update. A shop owner does a podcast with a friend. Each of those recordings has a handful of moments that would work as a 30 second clip, and almost none of them ever get cut, because finding the moment, reframing it to vertical, writing captions and fixing the opening takes hours per clip.
That is the work we take off your plate. You keep recording the way you already do. Once a month we go through the new footage, pick the moments, and send back a batch of finished shorts you can schedule.
Reading the reel
The dial at the top of this page is how we plan a batch. The ring is the full recording, start to finish, clockwise from the top. Each colored mark is one short, placed where it starts in the source, numbered to match the list beside it, and colored by the app it's meant for. The list shows the hook line, the finished length and the week it's set to go out. The totals underneath are added up from the clips. It's an illustration with made-up hooks, though a real batch plan has the same parts.

What to send
A short brief saves a round of questions. A useful one covers:
- A shared folder link with the original recordings: podcast episodes, webinars, livestreams, talks, YouTube videos or raw phone footage
- How many shorts you want each month, and which platforms: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts or all three
- Any moments you already know you want, with the file name and a rough time
- Your caption style, fonts, colors and logo, or two or three accounts whose look you like
- Words and names that must be spelled right in captions: product names, people, places
- When each month's batch should land, and who approves it
Not sure what you have? Send the folder link and one line about who you want to reach. The quote will list anything that's missing.

Common questions
How much does a monthly batch cost?
It depends on how many shorts you want, how long and how clean the source recordings are, the caption style and how many platform versions you need. We quote each plan in writing after seeing a sample recording, so the cost is clear before the first batch.
Do I have to record anything new?
No. Most batches come from recordings you already make, like podcast episodes, webinars, livestreams or talks. If you'd like to record a few short pieces just for social, we can cut those too.
Do you post the clips for me?
No. You get finished files, a caption line for each post and a suggested order. Your accounts stay in your hands.
Are the images on this site real projects?
No. The stills are AI-generated samples and the reel dials are illustrations made for this site. We don't publish client footage without permission.
